Pre-orders generally take 4 - 6 weeks from launch date. Updates regarding pre-orders will be communicated through email.
Regular orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days.
Tracking will update once it has left our manufacturing facility, and a shipping confirmation email will be sent out with a tracking number.
PRE-ORDERS: If you order a preorder item with a regular item, your order will be shipped when the preorder item is ready. If you want to receive other items first, please make two separate orders.

Shipping times vary greatly depending on your country, but generally take between 7-14 business days after it leaves our warehouse. There may be external factors that are outside of our control (e.g. weekends, holidays, weather, courier delays).

Shipping costs a flat fee of $25AUD. For orders of two or more hoodies, there is free shipping.

Unfortunately, we will not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong sizing.
For this reason, before purchasing please review the size chart for your jersey or contact us so we can help you with sizing.

Remember that our orders take 1-3 business days to process. Once it has been processed, you will receive an update via email. However, if your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel or edit your order by contacting us.
